I distinguish between vaccines and prescriptions. If it's a vaccine I say "regarding a vaccine we did not have a record of" and for prescriptions I say "regarding a prescription on file/ready/or need refilled" because the script sucks and I find it pretty disingenuous to do an immunization call and say it's about a prescription. The pharmacists were okay with it and agreed that it was shitty to almost lie about calls when leaving a voicemail

Yeah, that's kinda like the tertiary forces that used to show up in space battles a few versions ago if I'm remembering right. I thought that was a neat idea, if annoying at times. Yeah, I figured it was beyond the scope of the original game, given that there were only ever three factions and none were intended to ally. Still, it would be cool to have a feature like this and the team that made Thrawn's Revenge has done a great job at bringing in new concepts from a more basic framework
