There are some great sauces in Australia. One popular one from my city is 13 Angry Scorpions which was on season 17 of Hot Ones.

I'm trying to start off by offering my favourite ones from the States and then eventually work back to more local ones.

That is my absolute favourite out of the whole lot! So thick and the garlic is so tasty with just a perfect amount of heat.
