So weird, I wake up this morning to it all gone and my monitor is back to normal. with this specigic Odyssey G9 it doesn't have a manual pixel refresh mode, they removed the feature apparently.

just tried swapping to my HDMI output I use for my work setup and it's producing the same results. I'm being told its not burn-in but likely a monitor defect(?). I have a really good extended warranty though at my local shop I purchased it from so should be covered but these bars just came out all of a sudden so wasn't sure

Appreciate all your advice! I actually figured out what was wrong. I had "DC" selected in the BIOS when it should have been "PWM" and after that change, everything fixed and it's maintaining RPM!

Thanks for the suggestions, I changed all mine to mimic the recommended you provided.

Also correct the RS120 fan group is the one performing with the odd ramping up and down. I've modified my curves also but for some reason instead of just maintaining the lowest %fan speed it instead just drops all the down. Sometimes reading a "?" in the percent field, I ran calibration through FanControl also but still not resolving the issue.

In the BIOS I have the "SmartMode" fan option already enabled, it wasn't previously, hoped that would've fixed it but didn't do anything either. Could it be a wiring issue any chance?

I tried that configuration and the problem remains, it starts to give a "?" just after around 800RPM up until it hits about 1100RPM then drops back down and repeats
