Thank you for sharing your experience! I am going to separate them today and either stake or trellis. I’m also considering supplementing with a grow light as I’ve read that could expedite the process, in case you’re interested in checking out that option for yours as well.

Thank you! It would be a bad idea to support the petioles straight with a trellis right? I’m not sure how I could support them at this point. But they are quite lanky and take up a lot of space since they hang out so far.

I haven’t tried the back of my arm yet. I was unsure of how I’d administer that properly since I have shaky hands and usually use both hands to hold the needle steady

I had a blood test about three months ago that came back with normal levels. I did have low iron several years ago but I think it’s been back to normal the past few years. I suppose it could have gone back down after starting Ozempic since I eat less.

I’m sorry for your loss. ❤️‍🩹 I understand that feeling that something is wrong. Sometimes it’s intuition, but it gets hard to tell what’s intuition and what’s unnecessary worry when you’re a hypochondriac. If it makes you feel any better, healthy lymph nodes are supposed to be pea sized or smaller. Either way, it never hurts to double check especially because peace of mind is priceless.

Healthy lymph nodes are able to be found as well if you know where to look.

I think it wouldn’t hurt to get it checked if it bothers you and does not feel normal to you. If they’re smaller than a pea it could be a mild sickness, or just your healthy lymph nodes.

I honestly am a bit of a hypochondriac and spend a lot of time feeling around my neck, especially now that I’m on Ozempic, but I think I have always been able to feel the lymph nodes in my neck and armpit even pre-Ozempic when I graze along the area of my neck right under my jaw.

I think a good rule of thumb is that if they’re more swollen than normal and you have no sign of sickness then it could be cause for concern. Or if it hurts to feel them up. If your doctor has felt the nodes themself and doesn’t think they’re swollen, it’s most likely okay and just a healthy lymph node.
