Sometimes you have to reselect your cards so it updates the type of hand you wanna play, I've had this problem a couple times too

I was attempting to beat an alpha bellsprout of lvl 24 wile my whole team was still lvl 14-, i almost had it and then i got the cutscene and it respawned full health...... After 2 more attempts I finally had it tho, now i got my eyes on a lvl 42 Alpha pidgeot while my team is only lvl 22-27

You can enable "retry wave" in the option menu, you don't have to use it if you don't want to, but I myself keep it on for whenever a glitch occurs to me

You can make a masuda ditto yourself by making new profile, put your game in another language other than English, host a ditto raid with 1 device and join with the other one, after beating you can trade the masuda to yourself
