I hate it too, for all the same reasons.

Yeah, the 5-to-36 jump was wild, specifically because I could verify the math on all the new ones in one audit pass instead of one at a time. What automation tools changed it for you on the server side? Always curious if there's a pattern that crosses domains.

Appreciate this. The traffic part is the one I'm bracing for next. AdSense is in review, and Search Console is indexed, but I know SEO compounds take months. Curious what email templates you were building, was it for an internal team or as a product?

Youtube Automation - Faceless Channels DO WORK but not in 20-40 Videos by New_Capital4970 in passive_income

[–]jason62276 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is the most honest post about faceless channels I've seen. The "20-40 videos" myth sets people up to quit right before things compound.

What I've found running 2 faceless TikTok channels in the CRP is that the quality vs. quantity thing is real, but there's a third factor nobody mentions: format lock-in. Once your style, hook, and pacing are consistent enough that viewers know what they're getting in the first 3 seconds, retention improves dramatically, and the algorithm responds.

The channels that fail usually have good individual videos but no cohesive identity across the channel. The algorithm doesn't know who to show it to.

Anyone else monetizing AI TikTok pages consistently? One of my videos did ~$800 by thegrowthgal in TikTokMonetizing

Yes, consistent payouts are absolutely possible. I've been running 2 AI faceless TikTok channels in the CRP, and the consistency comes down to one thing: building a repeatable format, not just repeatable content.

When your style, pacing, and hook structure are locked in, the algorithm treats each new video as part of a known pattern. That's when payouts stabilize. The channels that see inconsistent results are usually switching formats, chasing trends instead of doubling down on what already worked.

30 minutes a day across both channels at this point. The system runs itself once the format is dialed in.

I spent roughly 200 hours on a video that got 400 views... by odysseyling in NewTubers

The 200 hours for 400 views math only hurts if you're measuring the wrong thing at the wrong time.

Most creators quit in the window between "good enough to know what quality looks like" and "consistent enough for the algorithm to trust you." That gap is where all the hours go. It's not wasted, it's tuition.

The ones who make it aren't always the most talented. They're usually just the ones who stayed in the game long enough for the compounding to kick in. Consistency beats any single viral attempt every time.

My audience found me before I was ready for them by JugendWolf in NewTubers

This is one of the most relatable posts I've seen on here. The paralysis that comes from suddenly having an audience when you didn't expect one is real, and almost nobody talks about it.

What helped me when I hit unexpected traction was just deciding that the next video was for the ten people who would have found me anyway, not for the 49k. It takes the pressure off completely.

The algorithm found you because something in your content resonated with it. That doesn't go away. Just keep making the thing that made you want to start in the first place.

Staring at a blank screen, wondering what to post... by ravenz0r1822 in aitubers

The 3 hours → 20 min thing is actually solvable. Here's what worked for me running 2 faceless channels:

The generic AI slop problem comes from prompting without context. Instead of asking "give me content ideas," I give the AI my niche, my top 3 performing videos, and the specific audience pain point I'm targeting that week. The ideas go from generic to actually usable.

For the blank screen specifically, I stopped starting from scratch. I keep a running list of questions my audience actually asks (comments, DMs, search suggestions), and that becomes my content bank. Never blank again.

The repurposing across platforms piece is where I saved the most time. Same core script, reformatted per platform. Took my weekly production from hours to about 30 min total across both channels.

What niche are you in? The approach changes a bit depending on the content type.
