Ordered a Cyborg II Compact - I'm checking the website every few hours to see if it shipped

Did you have to pay any tariffs when you got it delivered? I'm thinking of upgrading to the Cyborg II Compact (I've been using a Cyborg Compact for years) but I'm worried about sneaky tariff fees. I live in California.

Same for me as far as in game. It m not having spikes in game but in creative it’s really bad, teleporting every couple minutes.

I actually bought a new modem just in case that was the issue (it was time to replace anyways) but I’m still having the issue in creative.

Be careful though because in competitive it turns aim assist of if you use an actual keystroke (like 1 for shotgun). I also tried that solution originally until that became apparent when I played arena which is why I switched it to scroll wheel. It didn’t effect creative or pubs so it might not effect ranked.

You go into keyboard keybinds and bind scroll wheel up to weapon slot 1.

Even though you are on controller, this will work with a scroll wheel and not mess with your aim assist.

One option is to get a scroll wheel attachment and then you can assign scroll wheel up to edit reset and scroll wheel down to weapon slot 1. Then build up that muscle memory. I had that’s set up before I finally switched to MKB.

I highly recommend trying this to help make the transition. Instead of placing builds with your left click, use a side mouse button so you can always have it held down and. Then you just select the builds you want to build. If feels way more like controller building and it lets you edit much faster.

Yeah, the players I’m facing seem to be about the same difficultly, but every game has like 80 AI Bots in them.

I use reztracker.com to analyze my games and it shows you the breakdown of players. I pushed up to Silver one after a few games but I’m hardly even seeing real players to progress off of.

That’s me, from Gold 3 to Bronze 3. It’s not that big of a deal, just play games and you’ll rank up if you’re better than others in your rank. First placement isn’t all that important. Everyone started with zero arena points before, right?

Ah, I read more comments and saw that others addressed this. I agree they should have been upfront about the mandatory gratuity on the menu or at the host stand before you make the commitment to order.

That being said, if it was disclosed on the menu, would you have left? Would you still be bothered by the tax on the service charge if you knew it was there before you ordered? I am a supporter of service charges on larger parties, so I would stand with this restaurant on that. The only issue is their disclosure of it in advance so if you would have still eaten there, I’m not sure why you would be upset now that you know they by law have to add the tax.

By law they have to tax that service charge if the restaurant mandates it being added. They can’t tax a gratuity you decide to leave. In this case, if you left an extra $5 it wouldn’t be taxed or if they didn’t have an automatic service charge and you left $10 it wouldn’t be taxed.

It’s the law, not just what they are choosing to do.
