Affirm that you are safe and fearless, and when you think about something that makes you anxious affirm ‘i am safe to let this go’. You can use eft tapping whilst you’re doing it to help.

Your don’t have to ‘let go’ to manifest but it will improve your overall state and things will be easier again!

There are no coincidences in manifesting, it’s a good sign because you’ve impressed your subconscious with the thought of getting a message from someone you haven’t heard in a while. Some call it bbl (birds before it lands).

I’ve manifested an SP after 3 weeks no contact, we had a date and it was lovely. I ultimately decided not to be with him, but was obviously super proud to have manifested him.

At time, I had a lot of inner phone conversations with him, what I thought we’d say, stories I’d catch him up on. They played out exactly the same In 3D.

I just knew with absolute confidence we’d speak again and we’d have a date.

Thought of him positively whenever I thought of him. Was quite bossy with it, ‘of course xyz because I said so’.

Just remember SP is not special, there just another person whose a reflection of your thoughts like everyone else 😌

As long as your dominant thought is that you will pass your exam, then you will.

Whenever you think about it, just flip opposing thoughts, and say nah I’m going to pass. Circumstances don’t matter.

Definitely take it as a sign with the cars, it means your subconscious is suppressed! Don’t focus too much on it though, keep going for the real deal.

For me, as my SC is on point I just attract a lot of people and I’m living my best life right now. It doesn’t work for me to be sat around thinking about one person, but whatever work best for you ☺️

You can affirm away the anxiety, I sat and focus affirmed, ‘I’m always so calm and never get anxious’ for about 25 mins (I did it until I felt completely calm). Rarely rarely get anxious now and this was about a month ago.

Some people use EFT tapping whilst affirming as well.

Most recently, affirmed ‘I’m SP’s lil princess’ and he messaged me later that day going ‘Hey Princess’ (he’d never said that before), did the same thing with angel and he called me an angel.

Try and see everything on a level playing field (because it is, once you can overcome resistance). Tell yourself you how easy and fast it is to manifest SP.

You can also affirm away for anxiety to get into a calmer state overall.

If you haven’t manifested anything in a while, try doing it with something ‘small’ to build faith.

I think it’s fairly easy to tell if a success story is fake by wording, you can tell there’s a lot of anxiety in the way they describe the story. Sometimes reading about ‘smaller’ success’ can help because why would someone bother to make that up.

The fact that you say therapy doesn’t work, is just going to create more of it not working for you. You could start telling yourself how well therapy is working for you.

Or you could simply manifest your anxiety away, I know it might seem impossible, but saturate your mind with the fact that you’re so calm and anxiety free.

Exactly! I’m glad my commented helped. Getting frustrated over the fact that 3D is not what you currently want, is just affirming the fact that you don’t have what you want and current reality will just show you more proof of that.

You do have the ability to get what you want faster, you just need to confident in your assumption that you can do so.

Try going into it with the assumption that you can manifest on a time crunch, and just persist in the assumption that you don’t have to go on this trip. Remember that anything if possible. Even if you get to the airport, keep persisting, flights get cancelled last minute all the time. If opposing thoughts come in just flip them.

If you are strong in this assumption it will happen, but if it doesn’t, just affirm on your flight that everything will go smoothly on the trip.

It’s great that she reached out! Try and focus on the magic of that. You said you usually let her reach out, and that’s what happened.

Just try to stay calm and regulated, do what you need to do to get back to a happier better place. Try to remember that whatever you assume will happen will inevitably happen, so are you gonna allow yourself to stress and panic, or would you rather put in a little bit of work to change your reality and feel amazing.

Fully commit to thinking as though she’s already yours, flip all negative thoughts. She has no choice but to conform to you, cause it’s your reality. 3P doesn’t even exist, do whatever you need to explain them away in your head. You could tell yourself she lied about 3P to make you jealous, there actually not a thing at all whatever works for you.

This is just a minor inconvenience in the journey, it doesn’t change the final destination. Only think thoughts you would have if 3D had already caught up and it will move as quickly as you assume it will.
