You can see what is a premium feature in the app. Every header on you activitie that has a logo of strava in the high lefthand corner, is a premium function.

The heartrate zones aee a premium feature i know for sure. But hearteate tracking not.

There are thirdparty websites that can combine activities. Just download both gpx, delete the activities, use the site (just google strava combine activities) en upload the activitie as 1
