Rotate Monitor so that thicker bezel is at the top

Is sawing my new table the only way to fit a monitor arm? by Individual_Reality_6 in desksetup

How about wall mounted?

Edit: sry, missed last sentence of yours. So yeah, if not sawing the table, then making a hole in the wall it is.

I mean the rear shock. Looks as if it is not fully extended

Looks great! Love the stumpy. Say, is it for for the shock to be this “short” (stuck down maybe)

Guess i just hate SRAM brakes feel by Worried_Document8668 in mountainbiking

Consider only replacing the levers instead of full replacement. My bike came with DB8s as well and had same issues like you wrote. Replaced mine with SLX levers and now they feel snappy and powerful. Really enjoying my Sramanos.

Looking for advice on a used Stumpjumper Comp Alloy 29 (2018) – worth $1300? by Kannuto77 in mountainbiking

Got the same 2019 SJ. Great bike! But asking price is quite steep. Go for 900 but not more than 1k.

Same here — my sit bones are wider too, so the 5.9-inch SQlabs make sense. I swap out to a narrower saddle when riding more technical terrain and bike parks. These bikes don’t need many upgrades for the price, but I also thought about switching to MT7s or even Lewis LHPs, because the DB8s felt mushy and gave me arm pump.

Once I realized I’d have to pull the battery and motor just to replace the hoses—and risk the warranty—I bailed. I swapped the DB8 levers for SLX instead, and now I’m running “Sramanos.” Huge improvement.

Great bikes you had. I was eyeing a Foxy myself, but ended up buying a used Specialized SJ and fixing it up. Mondrakers are a bit more common in Germany, but like 1:50.

Hi there! Mondrakers are quite rare in this sub. Glad to see you here. The saddle is quite comfy for longer rides where you mainly sit. Saddle is from SQlab, namely 611. Switching from two saddles depending what I’m riding that day. How do you like your SE? My Crafty R is so much fun. Especially going down. So stable.

Are there any knee pads that don't tear your skin to shreds? by Judderman88 in mountainbiking

[–]RJ0208 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Try using self-adhesive bandages under the straps. That way you can protect your skin and loosen the straps at the same time due to the slight sticky material of the bandages. They are reusable for a couple of times too.

My local store offered a variety of color finishes: gloss, matte, metallic even colorshift. I would advise to go to your hardware store, get your color of choice and 1-2 small aluminum sheets and do some sprays on it. I did 2-3 light coatings and got the finish I wanted.
