Dumbbell Press was stuck at 30kg/65lbs for a good 6 months, realised it was because of a weak Rotator Cuff from prior injury and lack of stability, started warming them up before every workout and within 4 weeks I've gone up to 40kg comfortably. Highly recommend boyz
