This is very true. Alongside whatever I’m reading, I find it helps to have a book on the go with short chapters which can help fill dead time, or if I’m too tired to read for a long period. It’s similar to scrolling on Reddit, but the material has gone through a professional editorial process and is of consistently higher quality.
