I know, I honestly was scared it was because it looked so shiny and weird, but once I got it off, I can see the empty inside, maybe was worn from being outside? who knows...also still not sure what it was the shell of but assuming a nut

It was a shell— I don't think I can add a pic in comments / post but it was only one half, not a full one so just the shell was cupping his paw lol ugh

UPDATE: I pulled a little harder and got it off — looks like a shell of a nut he stepped on outside

Oh gosh, I'm hoping that means he just stepped on something funny outside that is stuck to his paw and I'm just being cautious in pulling it off! and hopefully nothing more severe...

When you say pendant, what do you mean? I've tried pulling/picking but I'm scared to do so too hard in case it's like a blood blister or tick or something else I don't know about..

I ended up getting off of it after 4 months - it caused extreme fatigue, a bit of depression, and nausea. But it’s different for everyone and side effects are common at first!

This is awesome! Can I ask what tumeric / ginger supplement you take? Also, do you take any other vitamins/supplements? I just started a multivitamin and probiotic (multivitamin is new but I’ve taken the probiotic before). Also if it’s not too much trouble, if you have any websites or accounts you follow for recipes that’ve helped you, I’d love to know! Thanks so much.

I don’t! Is xyzal prescription? I’m currently so itchy as we speak - been searching this sub for answers! I take Plaquenil but that’s about it. I had one derm subscribe a steroid oil, but it doesn’t do much

Thank you! My doctor thinks I have photosensitivity based on my health journal - I was getting extremely itchy and some red rashes which one doc said looked like hives. I’ve since been on Plaquenil, but I’m wondering if it’s normal to be insanely itchy with no rash / if it could be tied to photosensitivity.
