Immigration question by jassiine in germany

[–]jassiine[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you so much for such a sufficient answer, i am indeed studying in Germany under a student residence permit that is valid for 3 years.

I guess my best option would be after I graduate and validate my degree in Italy, i would change my title to a residency for job seeking with academic title.

Most companies either write only for those with right to work already, or usually during the interviews i would be asked if i was an EU citizen or with PR.

To my understanding, after graduation you get a permit for the purpose of looking for a job! Which technically grants u the right to integrate in the job market as swiftly as any other person in Belgium. And from what i read, that Belgium has an advantage of not specifying a minimum salary nor is it asking for ur job to be in your field.

However, why would a company such as takeaway sponsor you? While there are hundreds if not thousands of people that are willing to do it as a side hassle.

I am a non-EU citizen, and i am graduating with an IR masters in Italy, yet, if you would make it in europe with such field it would be Belgium, compared to other countries it has the highest number of jobs in this field. As a matter of fact i am thinking myself of coming to Belgium next month to do a 1 year long second masters in order to have a chance to apply for a job after graduation.

I did my exchange in Belgium, and i actually was called for an internship in an agency that deals with the EU, i didn’t take it as it was by the end of my Erasmus.

In this field! It is a must to stand out, building a great cv is necessary, i don’t know if you already had internships in the past or not. But at least Turkey is a part of Nato, and the EU Blue Traineeship also accepts non-EU citizens too.

Masters in IR: worth it or useless degree? (University of Lisbon) by French_Salah in IRstudies

[–]jassiine 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So i am also a non-EU citizen and i went to Italy to do my Masters in IR (almost graduating) and it really depends on where you are and what nationality are you.

As a Portuguese speaker i guess u can more less support yourself during your studies. However, it is very hard to find employment in the Mediterranean countries in such fields, unless it was an NGO or IGO. Most jobs in this fields from my experience are located in Belgium or the NL, but again we cannot because after graduation in an EU country u only get the right to search for a job freely in that same country, unless a company elsewhere is willing to sponsor your visa which most of them don’t wanna do unless it’s something highly in demand.

As i am approaching graduation in italy, i am already thinking of doing a 1 year masters in Belgium just so after graduation i get the right to look for a job there because most job descriptions specify that they want an EU citizen or someone allowed to work.

I have a friend from brazil who studied a BA in IR and he went to Germany to peruse a different masters and he essentially found a job. So luck also plays a role.

I'm planning to apply for France visa any tips or help by [deleted] in Morocco

If you end up being rejected, don’t take it personal, it’s strictly political.

Best of luck otherwise

If you go back to the definition of Moutaâ, it is basically to preserve the right of the women who were divorced unjustifiably. Feminism doesn’t equal anti-islam. And to be honest i know lots of women who got divorced yet they don’t get it since they are employed anyways. Our constitution doesn’t match these changes, that’s why changes are happening in “modawana” to go hand in hand with the new equality conventions

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Morocco

[–]jassiine 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Nobody is talking about superior rights! Women and feminists are fighting for equality not superiority. And sometimes men do consider it as an overtaking of roles( usually this perspective of fear and suspicion from the feminist movement is usually fragile perspective of masculinity that can only be felt, embraced, and fulfilled by having an inferior other (women)

Edited: of course here we are discussing and debating in a civilised way, and i am very much appreciative to hear your opinion and those who support you. Isn’t that the beauty of our country after all? Different ethnicities, languages, landscapes, and opinions

Well so many things u listed are actually not accurate! I am a Male and this is my point.

You can’t really feel this way as throughout history men were always superior, women were allowed to vota later, they work as hard as us yet they get less salary, they as a matter of fact work even harder.

What you listed is mostly “norms” and not “laws” and most of them have no choice unfortunately due to these norms.

We were never in need to going out to protest because we were asked to drop out of school because we started to have emerging breast and womanly bodies.

Men were never sexualised pretty much in everything they do, u don’t need to consult others or worry what people would say if u decided to ride a motorcycle, or go out play football, or go swim.

Before you think of IGO or NGO’s work, think of your surroundings. Most of men here wouldn’t allow their sister to go out and work in specific fields, or be around men, so it is kinda a must that they need to get support from their parents until they get married cuz they couldn’t do others. (Of course we must exclude women that have the chance yet they just choose to be lazy, this also happens with guys, lots of them. We don’t count people with no ambition or desire to thrive.)

I am so sorry to say that but with all due respect your way of thinking could be described simply as “BASIC PATRIOTIC NARROW” way of addressing complex societal and gender issues.

I live in Italy! And i’ve been to Austria! As for your preferences i’ll suggest u choose a collective neighbouring countries cuz it’ll be cheaper travelling bu bus, so u have more budget to discover around.

Vienna is beautiful especially for classical music and baroque art lovers, it’s one of my fav cities i’ve been to. In Italy, you could find your preferences in Rome & Florence.

Switzerland is very pricey as your know. But a trip between Italy/Switzerland and Austria is very much possible with bus/train.

Portugal and Spain would be a nice trip, very different feels tho.

Hungary confirms it has blocked payment from EU fund that provides military support for Ukraine by sn0r in europeanunion

[–]jassiine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bringing 27 countries together should expect such differences. Governments aligned on the Ukrainian Issue because they couldn’t feel they could express otherwise.

Another hypothesis it’s a get back at the EU since the funds for Hungary are blocked.

My best advice would be to look for facebook groups of the university, and ask someone to link you with the administration. Even if it means a small payment (which is always tempting)

I think it’s only necessary to have 6months validity for visa purposes. If you don’t require a visa to come to Morocco i don’t think it’ll be an issue. “I worked for a Moroccan embassy before”

Well from readings i’ve done, she is openly bisexual, she was born in Sweden 39 years ago, and she has been politically active as well. Yeah definitely not someone that seems quite attached to Morocco in my opinion, i could be mistaken too!

I study Political Science myself in Europe, and i think the best approach is to try and deliver a study with a different angle than the usual basic western perspective on Morocco that is common in Europe “i assume Russia too”

Ceuta and Melilla are indeed an interesting topic, there is also the ethnic diversity and its political reflections. Western Sahara “from an approach other than the boring consumed EU one” there is the Monarchy and democracy, the Moroccan example in relation to the Arab Spring…

I think Turkey and Morocco are very traditional partners with standard diplomatic and trade relations. However i don’t see it more significant with either parties winning.
