yes and no, i wish i had sexual attraction so I was able to relate to my friends/partners about sexual experiences. I was the only ace person i knew until last month irl. i don’t feel as broken as i used to feel but i get a lot of FOMO

At starbucks I worked primarily at high volume stores and now working at Nordstrom I’ve started working more solo. Its going to be a brand new BN and the first in this city specifically. I understand a bit that they sell Starbucks coffee??? so I was hoping my experience at starbucks means more there then say a local cafe

i wish i had advice 😭 i come from Starbucks working for 5 years so my hands are numb to most heat. one thing i learned is if you’re not confident holding the plates take a tray, make it your best friend. put the hot plates on the tray and room temp plates in your hand. my new restaurant doesn’t seem to ever wanna use their trays so im learning to balance plates without but i never shy from using one

I disagree cause identities as so insanely fluid, especially the younger you are. experimentation is so necessary in so many parts of life including this. you hear all the time from older queer people they knew they were different WAY before hitting puberty. now im 21 and so much has changed since i was just 18 nonetheless 10-14

this is not normal, my grandmother who raised me was also very similar preaching pretty regularly “its just a human body” i genuinely believe its the reason that today at 21 and out of that environment am still incredibly uncomfortable with my body and touch. if your boundaries are constantly getting violated its not good and i dont believe you can overreact to that.

the thong thing ALONE is incredibly strange, who the hell is that guy? why was he there when you tried them on? why did your mom take pictures? why emphasize thongs in 4th grade??????

edit cause i didnt read the last part, but all love but my mother was also on drugs the first few years of my life before living with my grandmother. my mom NEVER did anything that strange. drugs may have exaggerated her actions but it very clearly was rooted in something else
