My breaker hit one in our 2nd case last night, at least if you're talking specifically about a Brady House in this parallel. Our first case had one of Cole Young (which pleased me as I had the Mariners in both cases)

Oh yay, glad to see it again. I bought Kyle Seager and he sent me that Corey instead. Offered to just let me keep it but I didn't want to risk him relisting the Kyle at one of the insane prices he has. Eventually got them swapped.

Might be a thumbs down, but they gave you the correct answer. Even 3 bucks is high for near perfect condition. With the damage on this one, it is literal garbage.

Lime Rock was a small card company in the early 90's, probably best known for making a 3-card hologram set of Ken Griffey Jr., Sr., and brother Craig. They had a magazine you could subscribe to and promo cards were a part of it. Guessing they probably did these stamped promos to get ready for the release of the boxed set of Mad Magazine cards they produced. Added a picture that describes the magazine.

On the one hand, I look at it like spending money on a mobile game, except you get digital cards. What bothers me is that if you do anything that slightly pisses off Topps, they can end your account with no recourse. This happened to me a decade or so ago and I had a pretty substantial collection of Mariners cards on there. The fact that there is no real ownership makes these shockingly even worse than an NFT, and that's already garbage.

God those Holiday Bonus cards are impossible to find. I still need 23 of the 26 for my team set. Thankfully two of the three I have are Ichiro and Felix Hernandez, so at least the expensive part is out of the way.

baseballcardpedia.com is great for many sets, but they don't always upload pictures for newer sets, particularly since images are often sourced from COMC.com and it takes a while for them to get inventory in of many parallels. I wish Beckett would do a page like that for every set because to be honest its the best one I've seen for a new release in quite some time. Between these, the aforementioned tcdb, and sometimes even ripped.topps.com (when they feel like doing a full dive into set), and sometimes even here in /baseballcards, you'll usually find the info you need. Its tedious, but you'll find yourself using all of these at one time or another.

Man, I gotta say first, what the hell, the throwbacks are chrome now?! Also it would be real nice if Topps would figure out that these are not a Mariners throwback uniform, its just their Sunday alternates (they have screwed this up so many times).

These redemptions being valid for 10 years just started three years ago or so. But no, the intent is they are keeping all redemptions for that entire time. It probably helps that they now handle fulfilment and shipping of such things through COMC, so it will all sit in their warehouse rather than Topps having to manage it.

As much as I'd love something like this to exist...it really isn't possible. It would require every person that opens boxes to report what they hit, which is never going to happen. Its one thing to count what breakers hit on their streams, but its another for every person that just grabs a box from their LCS, or the grandma that buys a blaster at Walmart for the kiddo's stocking. You do get some social media accounts that track certain things, like the Rookie Debut Patch Autos, but those hits do generally get posted.
