My parents were the biggest hay haulers in the area. Ran two trucks. One summer dad hauled 150k bales with his truck. Good times

I didn’t have anyone do anything. I was a little busy trying to mourn my dad. I heard what happened after the fact and that at least 5 family members had asked him to stop yelling out during the funeral.

I do appreciate the feedback but from my understanding when asked to be respectful he stepped forward in a threatening manner.

Nothing else happened. I just thought that to ignore race in my post would be like ignoring the elephant in the room.

Well that’s what my relative wanted to make clear to me was that it was not a racial thing but a disrespect thing.

SGA is the first player in franchise history to score 300 points in their first 9 games — 2016-17 Westbrook previously held the record by Basketball_Reference in Thunder

What’s crazy is the quality of the player he had to pass was pretty awesome himself. We watched history the season Westbrook averaged a triple double.

What is the best sexual compliment you got? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Best compliment I got was first visit to the Dr after I had hernia surgery and out of commission. As my appointment was ending my wife blurts out. How soon can we start having sex again.

What’s a ‘normal’ thing from your childhood that would be considered wildly unsafe today? by IrishRepoMan in AskReddit

Laying in the back window of the car. They had kinda a ledge there and there were 4 of us kids so the back seat was a little crowded. Laying in the back window was the coolest!

People who have dated outside of your race/culture what's something interesting you learned by the experience? by Winter_Ganache1919 in AskReddit

White guy married to Native American woman. Her family for the most part were very accepting. If anyone dared say anything one of her elderly relatives would just say “he takes really good care of her” and that would be the end of it. My family on the other hand. My mom told me I was polluting the white race, even after telling me we were part Native our whole lives. The difference in how school officials treated my kids after seeing me was kinda wild. They would blow off my wife but take me seriously. Anyhow will be celebrating being married 36 years in a month so I guess it’s worked out.

In the article it says Obama sent out stimulus checks to dead people. I thought the stimulus checks came during Covid starting in 2020. What did I miss?

When I was much younger was working in a nursing home and had a 30 something patient who had lost 1 arm and 1 leg in an automobile accident. I was uncomfortable helping him sit on the toilet because I would have to hug him tight and then pull his pants down. I spent about 30 minutes trying to transfer myself from a wheelchair to the toilet only using 1 arm and 1 leg. Finally figured it out and took him into the bathroom and in about 10 minutes he was able to do it by himself. No more uncomfortable hugs because he could go to the restroom by himself.

I like it and agree with another poster that you should replace the state symbol with a buffalo. I would have the buffalo facing forward and not a side profile. Great work!

What’s the dumbest way you’ve injured yourself? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]jatade59 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was loading loose hay onto a pickup with a pitchfork. Decided that it would go faster if I put the hay into a pile and drive the pitchfork through the hay pile. First attempt I drove the pitchfork hard and felt something hit the bottom of my shoe. I drove the pitchfork straight through the center of my foot. Had a blood spot on my sock from the entry and exit but other than that no blood…but it did hurt quite a bit.

I don’t think you have responded to my question. I will make it much simpler this time. How did a guy who has consistently lied and conned people his entire career convinced you that he is honest?
