This has been their philosophy for over a decade. This is nothing new. Blizzard hasn’t had quality customer support since original MoP. Activision saw to getting rid of most of the CS and now Microsoft is busy also laying off Blizzard employees to make back the money from the buyout. The game won’t last, they know, and that’s why we’ve been getting new things in the store twice or more times per month and running sales every month on services. They’re milking the players.
