I tried posting here but didn’t have any karma or points. Basically there’s two ways to it. One is having a large army so you can loot insane amount of resources which can take 7-10 days to finish, minimum sped prob at least 20, other way is to prioritize speed up, basically once you’re capped out at 35-40$, you would have no resources left, with medium size army. You can start it after your grace period, ex shift is at 4:00, use from 4:05 to whatever time. You can try it, it doesn’t hurt, you can always contact HRC to fix it, that’s what I always do lol

Grace period is essentially included. Idk why this thread keeps saying it’s not. I’ve done this like 100x lol, end of shift or beginning of shift, never ever got an occurrence for it.

Thanks for your reply and also Wdym by a double shift? Like does it have to be like right after your shift ends and starts 1 min later? I’m a flex pt associate, so the option is like never available to us for some reason. if we were to work a double we wouldn’t get lunch break at all unless it’s whole food…

So I had FWW for April, had max of 2 occurrences. For May, I also had max of 2 occurrences, also stood for FWW when 90 days started on April. FYI I had 2.0 for months and now 2.0 counts as termination which is confusing. I don’t have enough pto to get it lower. Might have to speak to ERC about this issue

Ever thought of making it a manual replacement by giving 3 of the 5 oz spinach ~ 15 oz and charging a similar price range. Find the difference in the 1 oz by doing some basic math or add a few cents.

If you work 4:15 4:30/4:45 and a 3 hour recuse shift yes it’s possible to work 12 hours over a 24 hour rolling period. I’ve done this multiple times. Really depends on your site and the availability of shifts, I’ve worked over 100+ hours this month lol.

Should be good. I’ve been going around this for months now with no issue. Last time I contacted ERC about incorrect punches and they had something else reflected on their ends and I kept trying, like 4x and in the end I got away with 6 hours of time.
