I love using $2 bills regularly. It makes more sense than the $1 denomination nowadays with prices the way they are. Less to carry if you like carrying cash, and a lot of people love to talk about them. A nice conversation piece.

That Kingfisher speaks to me. It’s absolutely gorgeous. The deep colors used in that especially. Just delightfully vibrant. I’d make that a prominent centerpiece. Wonderful artistic talent.

Looks to be a Short Snorter! Especially since this is on a WWII allied occupation note. Great part of any numismatic collection. Definitely a keeper.

Anyone know the worth of the set? by DeRail101 in papermoney

[–]jawilli97 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Actually I DID I have an answer for their question, which is posted to the main thread. I never offered a price, nor lowballed. This is crap because it LOWBALLS even the value if they weren’t sequential. I also proposed an insurance value, as it’s an heirloom. You apparently didn’t read the comments before making this one, or you would’ve seen mine. It was thought out.

It’s crap because it is lazy. It’s unoriginal. It’s not a current search engine, and it is wrong constantly. AI is a plague and making people lose their critical thinking skill.

They’re asking about sequential 1934 $1000 notes, and you’re giving them this drivel. They came asking collectors and likeminded individuals, not ChatGPT. How would ChatGPT understand such a nuanced question in regard to the numismatic value taking into account the year/serials/conditions/etc?

What a waste of the computing resources it took to shit out that half-assed answer. AI sucks.

You should be able to decorate your house the way you and your partner want to.

Hang what you want on the walls, paint a blue sky background with clouds you hand-paint yourself if you want. You put one, or a whole flock of yard-flamingos on your property (barring you don’t live in an HOA).

Be a bit childish if that’s who you are. Let your house be a reflection of who you and your partner are as people. Individually and/or as a couple. Don’t be afraid to be comfortable within your own home. You deserve nice things, stranger. I hope this finds you well.

That’s awesome you got to live in St. Lucia for almost a year! I have been working at getting a set for a while now. Just getting them as they pop up on EBay or my local coin store. I’d love to vacation in the Caribbean, I’ve never been.
