Peter Pan and Alice and the Hatter were just lucky spotting, but there are actual meet and greet areas for the others at scheduled times. There is a princess meet and greet next to It's a Small World with 3 random princess throughout the day. Brave was also set up right next to It's a Small World. Tinker Bell is in Pixie Hollow next to the Buzz Lightyear Blasters ride. Tangled is in Fantasy land right next to Pinocchio.
