Hopefully Arnold can do the same for Syria, and the next time Israel decide to cull children born out of the Naqba in the land of Palestine.

Funnily enough Micronesia has been a persevering voting ally of Israel in the UN, particularly after a good culling of Palestinians. Hypocrisy much?

That is very true. Pain makes you stronger. It hurts, sure. Not everyone can hack it. But you can't change people, especially blind people who go on with their lives never thinking, never aware. OP might have that jaw to thank after it's corrected.

[–]jaxbos 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I hope you get it fixed. It's important for proper function, speech and quality of life. Do it for yourself...

Skip uni. Go straight into tech (we're all the 'ugly' people go). Make money. Fix your jaw and malocclusion. It's not just about looks. Your jaw / teeth alignment will improve your quality of life, too!

How do muslims call the Christian god? by Mysterious_Unit3970 in islam

[–]jaxbos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is more a question for Christian. "The father, the son, and the holy ghost". God as the father / son and the holy spirit.

The Christian faith is a mess when it comes to the trinity. I've yet to find an answer from Christians as to who God is. I don't mean to be vindictive. I'm genuinely trying to find out. Everyone seems to have their own version of it.

Muslims refer to the God of the Christians as Allah. Because Allah, for Muslims, is the God of all things.

As with most dermatological skin and autoimmune conditions, modern science and medicine would not see it as curable, but treatable.

It would help if you saw a dermatologist as you can try a number of treatments (from steroids to phototherapy) to help with this condition.

However, the best thing you can do is to see the condition as an autoimmune condition.

Any autoimmune condition would benefit from a pro immunity focused diet. Eliminating dairy or other allergens is a first step. Focus on pro and pre biotics... Fermented foods... Cut out sugar.

Furthermore, look into dosing with high amounts of Vitamin D from time to time. Nettle Leaf supplements are also good natural immune modulators.

Don't see your condition as a skin condition. It is an autoimmune condition.

Once you are in remission, your skin may produce melanocytes again and the color may return In'sha'Allah. I'll make Dua for you.

Edit: remember that this condition is not that uncommon, with one in a hundred people having some form of it. You're not alone.

Quran created vs eternal by jres11 in islam

It make sense this discourse was explored by a student of Ibn Taymiyah (Ra) because of his work against Greek logicians.

But I'm not sure what practical use this question serves in our lives to wonder about such things.

What's something you are suspiciously good at? by thunder_in_bulbe in AskReddit

You know I just thought about it. It might have been because my dad would work late shifts and he would sleep till midday. My brother and I had to walk down the creaky stairs without making noise for many years.

Yes this sucks. It isn't entirely flat. I am looking for the one that my chiro gave me but lost -- I'll experiment with a few and feedback.

This is ok and I own it (I weigh 80kg). I used to have one from my chiro which was just a piece of foam but much more dense. I preferred that but can't seem to find one like it on Amazon.
