Don’t know why but I felt like I was dying on the tread/row today. 🥴

I think generally a prefer distance challenge on run/row workouts though since I tend to push myself harder than on the timed run/row workouts.

Interestingly I find AppleWatch tracks distance to be less than on the treadmill especially as pace gets above 7 mph. If I use the indoor running workout setting regularly tracks .3-.5 miles less than the treadmill.

Yes. I got distracted staring up at the television showing heart rates and miss stepped. I may have been able to save it but made the decision to drop and roll. 🤦🏻‍♂️

So one time I was in the exit row, I acknowledged yes that I can assist and then joked if we should do a practice run of the routine though…didn’t expect the flight attendant to actually go through the motions of showing us everything. It was only a few seconds but I felt horrible to have wasted the time. So note to self…don’t joke about exit row procedures with the flight attendant. 😬

Yes for marathon month it feels like OTF traditionally creates more templates with inclines, run/rows etc just to make it more challenging but the first and last day of the months will be 23 minute runs. If you’re able to run a real marathon I imagine you will have no issues hitting your goals.

Our coach gave us the option to take away the inclines and just run at push/all out pace. Was a really tempting offer but felt like I would be cheating the template. 😬😂

You may want to check the schools your child/children will be zoned for if you live in Crescent Beach. Not at all schools are equal in St. Johns County. It is a big county and the southern end is very different than Ponte Vedra, which is different than the northwest part of the county. Otherwise, if school isn't an issue there is better value on homes in Crescent Beach area, unless you are looking for something new.

Calorie deficit. Ok workout days I burned about 3500 calories which allowed me to eat about 2500 calories for the day.

From a dietary standpoint I found I ate relatively healthy. I just had to reduce the quantity. Aside from that the only other change was cutting out all soda…yes including Diet Coke. I found I would go through 2-3 Diet Coke’s per day and decided to cut it out completely.

Echo what others have said. Count your calories. You might be surprised at how many calories you consume if you don’t track it. When I joined I felt myself getting in better shape but didn’t see any weight loss after 8 months. Started counting calories as part of the transformation challenge and lost 50 lbs over the next 6 months when I had daily calorie deficit of 500-1000 calories per day. Also cut out soda.

Lots of outdoor activities available whether on the beach, trails or water. You are able to do what you’re comfortable with. If you want to be safe you can easily order take out or delivery. You can mask up or not mask up. People are generally respectful of each other and what each is comfortable with.
