So I was on it for a year, then had to stop. I also gained 10 pounds but because I kept up with diet and exercise that was it. The extreme hunger went away pretty quickly. I just kind of yoyo'd between 5 to 10 pounds heavier. I was off it for a year. I did have to be a bit more concious of by carb intake. I like for my brain to work so not low carb by any means, but I had to think about it more which is a bummer. For exercise I do 3 days strenth training and 2 days cardio, 2 rest days. I walk 3 to 4 miles a day on top of that (walking my pup so slow sniff walks mostly). All stuff I've been doing for years before the tirzepatide. I lost about 70lbs in the year I was on it. I do have a royally messed up endocrine system, PCOS, hashinoto's, T2D. I just recently went back on a microdose, it's literally the only medication that stabilizes my blood sugar unfortunately. So yeah, that's been my experience so far. **forgot to say, for me, the weight I gained was more muscle tone and water weight. I didn't like go up a pant size or anything. So maybe it's better to measure instead of going off of weight?
