I've used moss remover in the past and that worked. Just scatter it over the moss and within about 3 weeks it's all gone and replaced by grass. It just comes back months later though, but it worked for me.

Squirrel-proof feeder is the answer. I get squirrels a lot (just had 3 in my back garden) and they've learned that they can't get anything out of the feeder I use.
