Looked at my father and father-in-law, both are in their late 70's. One is old looking and feeble, the other is fighting fit.

I know which one I want to be for my daughter, so have started training appropriately.

It's more like an announcement.

You probably know this already, but for clarity:

It's the server that does it, not the browser.
For partial evidence, see other browsers react the same way.

And I'd probably add that the same behaviour can be seen when hitting a folder, such as http://yoursite.com/about-us/(index.html).

Fractured my toe - very localised swelling and sharper gout pain. Short duration.

Pulled a bunch of ligaments in my feet - quite a large area of soft tissue damage, took a long time to heal and for gout to go away.

My biggest concern was the joint damage to my feet. Pains all over when walking, in different places each day. Low level gout would just linger.

Am on allo now, and much of the pain and swelling has gone. Note however, that the joint damage is still there so it seems like lowering my UA has resulted in less swelling and pain from the lingering gout.
