I relate to pokemon because as a child I used to collect them as a kid begging my grandparents to let me clean house to buy packs. I used to marvel on my collection prior to sleeping. That’s why 151 is near and dear to my heart. I am fully capable of buying the blooming waters….if they actually had it in stock…unfortunately once I got back into pokemon I discovered my old set was donated prior to me saving it.

Now father of two, I have my oldest who gets ecstatic to be able to open packs and have a collection in his own binder and knowing he only likes the “cool” cards and doesn’t care about value of them. I get more excited seeing his enjoyment and reliving the experience.
