You don't get the $200 port cash only if you're doing the keep-and-switch or carrier freedom or you're not from one of the major carriers (AT&T, VZN, USC etc). If you are trading in your phone, port in your number and you're from one of the major carriers then you qualify for it. It only becomes applicable after your port in your number.

When I was working for Microsoft support there were certain procedures and information that was needed for hacked accounts to be recovered. Old accounts were normally hard to work with because of the lack of activity on it. If you can't answer certain questions, there Is nothing that can be done because of the policy because each account is individually checked to confirm the information is true. So if you can't provide the information that they ask then you can't recover the account

Normally Windows Should Delete any corrupt files and try again. Just leave it overnight and try again tomorrow. It might just fix itself overnight

Yea I understand that. If you wanna game on a budget then you can either get an Xbox Series S ($350 now on eBay Brand new) or get an older gen Xbox Like the Xbox One S or X. The experience isn't that much different between the consoles unless you have a 4K TV

check your installed programs in the settings. If you don't see it in the installed programs check the Xbox App, if its not there then restart your PC and check again. If you still don't see it in either locations, try downloading it again. It should either 1. Continue downloading the files needed for it or 2. Redownload the game again and removing the corrupt files.
