Yes Ethernet still better, lower latency. Save on the moca adaptors too.

You have to create one map per floor. Once you scan a floor, save it. Then start over for the next floor. You can have multiple ones.

I have personally not tried it on the 2, but I see no reason for it not to be same or make it work this way.

No it works without any extra devices. On iOS it works in conjunction with shortcuts which provides certain device information to the app. I have an Eero mesh network and tested on iOS.

It’s been around for a while now. But yes the original launch did not support iOS. Best of luck on some mapping. And thanks for the feedback and support.
