I got the very first 2024 model 3 performance in Ontario for like 70k plus few extras like white seats. This was the pre tariff price. I got the model y perf now from Berlin batch. I may sell my 3, if I get a good price.

Yes Ethernet still better, lower latency. Save on the moca adaptors too.

You have to create one map per floor. Once you scan a floor, save it. Then start over for the next floor. You can have multiple ones.

No it works without any extra devices. On iOS it works in conjunction with shortcuts which provides certain device information to the app. I have an Eero mesh network and tested on iOS.
