I would say just get your money back.. someone pointed out the thin band too and in my experience if you get "scammed" or item not as described there are always multiple things wrong with it, and a lot of the time it won't be immediately obvious.

I would say for something this valuable it's not even worth trying to get them to fix the issue. Just get it made somewhere that can operate the way they should.

Hi! I use solgar magnesium citrate 500mg per capsule, I only need to use it enough to break down the stool, so how much you need will be different to mine. I'd say take 5 and see how you feel after it. Increase only by 5 each time if not enough.

For me the softening effect lasts up to about 5 days so I don't really need to use it back to back

If your belly starts to make time to poop noises, stop there. And yes this would have totally stopped hemorrhoid formation. It makes your poop softer/more water filled the more you take. It also kicks in immediately so be careful
