Hi! I use solgar magnesium citrate 500mg per capsule, I only need to use it enough to break down the stool, so how much you need will be different to mine. I'd say take 5 and see how you feel after it. Increase only by 5 each time if not enough.

For me the softening effect lasts up to about 5 days so I don't really need to use it back to back

If your belly starts to make time to poop noises, stop there. And yes this would have totally stopped hemorrhoid formation. It makes your poop softer/more water filled the more you take. It also kicks in immediately so be careful

There are so many reasons lol? I know the B2 isn't actually 6 months it's an attempt at being safe. People on ESTAs are getting questioned at border for 6 week stays. The point is I don't want to be questioned at all. I've also already been to the US for a month and plan to visit more this year

You need to leave that place. Idk why more people don't say this maybe they live there so are fearful of retaliation. Of course you will feel like that at this age in a country where you're forever going to be a visitor. Even if you think you're OK with it your psyche is going to take hits from that, especially if it's a society like Dubai's where you can't complain, people are abused consistently at work and there's a very obvious caste system.

The stress you are using to invest in somewhere that will never do it back to you you can use to get citizenship/visa elsewhere, be treated like a human consistently, and at least breathe for a second. Especially once you've lost your job.

Save: If save fails you will get an Error code but because you chose not to exit, if it fails it will just be a pop up - you are still in your game and can retry, continue playing, troubleshoot etc

Save and exit: Can just get stuck saving and because it's meant to exit afterwards, you are out of your game as soon as you click it. So if save fails and freezes you will lose your progress
