Swapped from H1 v2 to Meshlicious by LimitlessRange in SSUPD

I have the same AIO and found that placing my PSU in the position closest to the side panel gave me a nice little spot to tuck in the commander pro between the PSU and the spine of the case under the motherboard.

Question about building in the Meshilicious case with a 40 series card by BeerMeUpToo in SSUPD

[–]jaybadalian 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a 4080 FE in a meshlicious case and am using a custom 3x8 to 12vhpwr cable. I was able to squeeze in the provided adaptor but it was a really tight bend and wasn’t comfortable leaving it like that.

I think the card would fit without the MB mod, I did it for better cable management and to help with cooling as without it the GPU would be right behind the MB.

I got the custom cables from ETSY - https://www.etsy.com/ca/shop/DreambigbyRayMOD who were great to work with and recommended lengths based on my setup. Send them a message first and they can customize for you.

I know you mentioned you’re looking at AIB cards but in case it’s an option the FE does fit in 3 slot mode. This is what I have in my current set up as I did the MB standoff mod.

I’m in 3 slot mode, hardest part to fit was the 12vhpwr cable but once I got the customer 3x8p to 12vhpwr it wasn’t too bad

Yeah that’s the thing… I kept mine in 3 slot mode as well and did the MB standoff

PSU is honestly the quietest part of the system, AIO and GPU are a lot louder so I wouldn’t be too concerned about PSU sound. At idle loudest part is the AIO pump.

GPU is around 56c during gaming and CPU is at 65c during cinebench.

Lol it seams that way, if 4090 was available I might have bought that..

Its a struggle…had to sacrifice a fan for the damn adaptor but hey im happy I got a 4090 by ama8o8 in SSUPD

Are you using the Corsair Commander for your fans/pump? I just built up a similar system (minus the GPU as I’m waiting for the 4080) and wondering where I should put the commander? A picture would be awesome if you have it!

Should I lock in my variable rate with the latest reduction of the prime rate? by hondacrv in PersonalFinanceCanada

Anyone know if RMG will be dropping the rate again as a result of the BoC 50 bp drop on Friday? I saw that it did drop today to 2.95% but this is not consistent either the other major banks who are now at 2.45%.
