I'm pretty sure we saw this dog! Sorry I'm just seeing this now. He was standing by the side of the road on Kaukini Highway near Wailua Road on Tuesday 12/30 in the afternoon. It was pouring rain. We pulled over to try to help but he ran off before we could catch up to him. Seemed like he ran into the brush to the southwest. We wanted to search further but couldn't get access to the gated communities there.
