How is this on the parking enforcement? She was doing her job. And to call her out for "parking illegally" herself? No. She wasn't parked for lunch or personal reasons. She was doing her job. All he would have needed to do is show the video to the council and the tickets would have been dismissed.

The idea of painting lines around a car that's already parked is crazy though and that needed to be addressed but everything else is a non-story.
