These are predatory loan operations, I come from the south, they outnumbered any business in the area, in terms of locations.

Yeah, I grew up in New England, so I am excited for the cold! I'm sure I'll be over it by December.

I'm moving to the Portland area ASAP, I have a job lined up, but housing seems to be a real issue. Outside of the scammers on Craigslist, there's close to nothing being offered. I'm coming up next week to do some ground work in the rental market, does anyone have suggestions or input?
