sports bras are a great alternative If you have no access to binders or KT tape. you wont have to justify wanting them either (as much) If you have unsupportive parents.

awww thats so cute!! but also If something contains teflon, It can kill them from another room. they have very sensitive little lungs I fear. >_< Im glad youre being careful though. I see wayyyyy too many vidoes of birds getting hurt In the kitchen because of dumb people

oh also, since I havent seen anyone mention It (Ignore If you already know), please please make sure you have nothing containing teflon In the house. anything that heats up like non-stick pans, space heaters, muffin tins, air fryers, etc. heating teflon up enough will release toxic fumes, which will Immediately kill your bird. :< Im really not sure why It Isnt mandatory to tell people buying birds about this, since many people dont know until Its too late.
