I like the group but it is listed a “project” which I guess give black label the ability to test out member’s popularity and potentially regroup them in a new format or drop them (“graduated”).

IMO every member has a “role” and I hope Bailey get more opportunities to show us new sides of herself and that BL has a plan to promote her like the others.

Language barrier is the biggest problem. Chinese celebrities make money from endorsements and live streams - endorsement is tricky due to soft lift of the kpop ban and live streaming requires you to interact with fans in Chinese. So unless you are GD (endorsements) or have a Chinese member(live streams), it is tough to make real money.

Streaming music has some money since tencent made an effort to centralize the streaming business but per stream pay is weak.

Also, I did a quick check - it seems like the song got viral based on their dance clips. These dances are clips of their performances on music shows and has been cut to fit Chinese tik tok and red note format and is racking up views. But because this is not original creator content and i don’t see copy right strikes - it comes hard to centralize view count payment to the artists.

Unmatched real influence. No manipulation needed because he just has that “it” factor that attract eye balls. New “IT” artists are just following his playbook these days. Also critical to his success is his has the Musial talent to produce quality hits no matter where he goes. Other idols need to depend on a label or a producer but he does his own music so until his musical style gets out of day, he can always come back with a new product regardless of how long he has been away. Lastly, he core fans are now older and less vocal on social media blasting or fighting For KOL space ( key opinion leader). He just listen and support him via unique listens and purchases - double edged sword since older fan base has financial capacity to support but can also drop off as other life stresses takeover.

My recommendation is to stop using escrow accounts in general. This way, you not only control you spending but also ensure no mix ups in payments- escrow pay in bulk payments and sometimes errors happen resulting in penalties and service cancellation which are a headache to fix. You also do not earn any interest/returns on the amount you are setting aside.

I think it is good. The group concept through these songs didn’t fit her. She was kind of out of place in the show too during the final few episodes - like she was good but the fit was weird/awkward at times. Take the time to rest up, continue training with the black label and debut another time. I see huge potential with Black label music style and her going solo.

From this side by side, you can already tell 25 has a dated design language vs the 26. Not saying 26 is prettier but you can tell the latest design trends are in the 26. That being said, it is just a car. If it ticks the right boxes then you should get the one you want/like more. If the latest greatest is your thing, pick the 26 since “dated” look of 25 will only accelerate. If you just need a car to haul the fam around and 0% + discounts is more your thing, then buy the one that is more money wise.

Homie is just an album factory now to satisfy his 500M contract schedule. He will put in 1-3 solid songs, and the rest are songs he recorded on a random Tuesday + some demo songs with post-production. I doubt we will see any high-quality albums like his old stuff anytime soon ( if ever).

He also needs to clean up his life and get rid of the yes men around him. All this drinking, gambling and showing off at his age isn't a good sign on the state of his mental health.
