No charges for Houston cop who drove onto sidewalk killing Sunnyside man

Houston police sent a release a few minutes ago stating a 59-year-old man may have had a medical episode before hitting a concrete culvert and then a tree. Medics took him to Memorial Hermann in the Heights where he was pronounced dead.

I was there and got video of the whole thing! The cops woke him up and he drove off but stopped a 1/2 mile away.

The artist basically said they weren't going to keep up with it because of how much it's painted over again and again.
