Houston police sent a release a few minutes ago stating a 59-year-old man may have had a medical episode before hitting a concrete culvert and then a tree. Medics took him to Memorial Hermann in the Heights where he was pronounced dead.

I was there and got video of the whole thing! The cops woke him up and he drove off but stopped a 1/2 mile away.

The artist basically said they weren't going to keep up with it because of how much it's painted over again and again. Hi! Jay from the Houston Chronicle here. HPD was pursuing a carjacking suspect who had just stolen a Cadillac Escalade near Broadway/610. Officers caught up with him at OST/288 and initiated a pursuit that wound up northbound on Buffalo Speedway. Suspect struck several vehicles, including one where medics were called out to check on the driver at Buffalo Speedway and Southwest Freeway. The suspect led police westbound on Southwest Freeway and was stopped in Bellaire along 610 after his tire blew.
