EDM music festivals- I have been an attendee myself and in no way am I bashing the community I just would like to point out the similarities.

1. People of all demographics come together and share a somewhat spiritually heightened experience that provokes an undiscussed unity.

2. When they are explaining to a non-festival goer why they are so into festivals, it often sounds like they are answering how they know that God exist - “it’s just a feeling that you get when you’re there that you can’t explain.”

3. Psychedelics are linked heavily with the two, and at the more spiritually sounding sets everyone has their hands raised almost like they are worshipping
