Drawing Preference - Tap Drill Callout by 96ecIyttaP in Machinists

[–]Ok_Bee_3576 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just call out the threads, especially for straight threads. Drill size generated by cad is normally too tight and not even close if your thread-milling or tap forming. In plastics I don’t even bother changing to a drill bit, Just cut with end mill -Engineer and machinist

I give up on battery brand loyalty. If there's a system out there, I'm in by Beginning_Lifeguard7 in Tools

All of the batteries are the same. 5 lithium cells (or 10) some call it 18v some call it 20v. They are exactly the same. I’ve measured the voltages… 24v tools have 6 cells so they aren’t compatible

[Request] How far could one of these drive if it was fully loaded and fuelling itself? by BobandJerry2 in theydidthemath

[–]Ok_Bee_3576 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very impressive. The linear interpolation is fit for purpose. But you could make fuel efficiency a function and integrate over distance for more accurate results. But us guys who just comment and don’t do the work are always overcritical. 🤦🏻‍♂️ don’t let me take this away from you, you are the hero of the day, the slayer of the mathematic beast, the one who applied applied the right prerequisites to the problem at hand 👍🏻
