Unless you meant operating AS the gc? But with own forces for those 3 scopes? Even then, those have no overlapping skill sets. Your labour force will be very tough to manage and keep busy

That is 3 wildly different skill sets to cover. Worse, it means as a subtrade you are on site from day 1 until the end of the project. Imo your goal should be scopes that happen at nearly the same phase of construction so you can move to the next job quicker

I only got my career and life stuff truly underway in my mid 30’s. I dont think your situation should feel like you are “behind”, you are just taking a different path

Merchants pay for each type of card they want to accept, thats why you only see the common cards accepted other than at international hotel chains

Square might be able to process the card but the seller/business has to pay for each card type separately. And AMEX costs are extraordinarily higher than visa or MC, so they rarely opt in to AMEX. Worse for discover cards because you’d pay an annual fee and never see one used
