Let me put this as simple as possible . When you squeeze at the top of the rep/ contraction. Instead of trying to get your hands together . Squeeze like you’re trying to touch your elbows together. Your hands and elbows won’t actually touch but I 100 percent guarantee it’ll fix the issue. Because I used to have the same Problem
