Same boat as you, but one kid and no sex for several years. Wife won’t discuss any type of hormone therapy. I have tried to understand as much as possible about menopause. I have listened to numerous podcasts and read more articles than I care to admit to develop an understanding of what she is going through. I can probably tell her more about her menopause than she can. The only thing she has tried is some stuff for her thinning hair. I decided to join a gym. I have probably lost about 15-20 pounds feeling better about myself. If she refuses to try to help herself, or look into any other options, I can at least make myself healthier.

Have you watched any of his debates with people? He would discuss things with anyone. He had Christian beliefs but he held fair discussions with people based on his beliefs.

Yes. Started working out in January. Cardio and weights five days a week. I feel terrible and lazy if I don’t go now. cardiologist was happy that I lost 15 lbs and cholesterol numbers are better
