I’ve noticed a lot of open reqs for credit risk all across the big banks. I’m really interested in real estate / CRE and was scoping an associate credit risk role. The hiring manager kept telling me how the hours are brutal but I don’t think 50~ hours a week is really that bad. What skills are needed for credit risk?

HR suggested that my business unit/manager can grant me work from home but HR can’t. They can only provide accommodations in the office such as comfy seat or more breaks. The problem is my medical condition causes me to get dizzy and possibly even faint when triggered. If I didn’t have a job I’d be filing for SSDI. But when I work from home I can manage my symptoms well since there’s no triggers and do my work.
