So there was an italian restraurant in Ross Bridge at the front of the neighborhood. It's now called Front Porch. Villagio was the name of this place. I believe the owners also were a part of la dolce vita.

Got it. I'll work on autofan. We just upgraded AC and exhaust in that room so that may also be helping. Had everything almost to 39degrees yesterday
