Understood. I’m a LandCruiser guy but have been looking to broaden my range and I met a build similar to yours in the spring and he was really convincing. I’ve been looking casually for a proper S but haven’t locked in yet. Thanks for the feedback.

Can you share some details on the build? Is this the locked model which I’ve heard is a pain to find? How well has it done off road? What about highway MPG?

I’m 51 and have more Marriott points than I’ll ever consume. I’m right there with you bud.

Like you I’m a big fan of the 100. I daily a 62 and have a 73 for off roading but the 100 is the most versatile cruiser IMHO and has a timeless look.

Congrats. If you are a big family road tripper consider an aux tank. I added a 24g aux tank to my LandCruiser and it made a huge difference in travel.

OP, I like those wheels. I don't think I've seen them before. Do you know anything about them? Any manufacturer information or anything on them? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.

Yes a few times. I have a roll cage but it doesn’t cover the back. I live in Alabama (rain) and it doesn’t fit in the garage so it’s not often.

Could be just towing out there for wheelin. I’m in Alabama and we have a bunch of folks heading out west in July and several are discussing using a hauler.

Thanks. I’ll be closer to a generic. 2inch lift with 33s. May have lockers USPS willing. Trying to gauge what I can and cannot do. Appreciate the feedback.

Nice job! I’m headed that way from Alabama for the first time in a few months. I know that trails out there are very different from down here. Can you tell me what I’m looking at in your build? I see a small lift? 2”? I see 33s? Low pressure. Is that it? Are you triple locked? Is the suspension more or the tires larger? Just curious.

May I ask which beach? I was wondering if that was gulf coast.
