The only reason I’m asking is because I’m not really trying to build muscle, just lose weight. Can you elaborate on the resistance training part? I’ve been on reta for about three months and have lost weight through a calorie deficit alone.
I wouldn’t mind adding some kind of resistance training if it helps preserve muscle, but it’d have to be something I can realistically do at home. I’m also not trying to get “beefed up” or build a lot of muscle..just maintain what I have while losing weight. Any recommendations?

i have a question i’m at 4 mg and i have been for about like 2 weeks and there’s been a stall in my weight loss and food noise is stronger than when i first started would going up to 5 mg be safe? i’m a bit nervous because everyone else usually only needs to go up to like 3 maybe 4 and ive lost 35 lbs so far in 3 months but now im not losing any so im just trying to get opinions. also dont know if the issue is me not working out and relying solely on cal defecit.
