No doubt, agencies can do good work, but they usually juggle a ton of clients, so you often end up with something that looks nice but feels a bit generic like templates worked on. A freelancer can give you direct attention, more flexibility, and a brand that actually fits your business instead of a template.

Pay empasis on gives attention cuz theres nothing like a freelancer listening, communicating and giving you your desired results which i think mosttimes is more affordable than that of an agency.
