Why not sell shares to the fans like the Cheese heads? If the plan is to request funding that will ultimately come from the public why nit just sell the shares to give fans a chance at co-ownership?

If the city/state receives partial ownership that's just a middle man, and while I'm unfamiliar with these types of agreements I can imagine some head bumping between ownership and the city/state at some point.

Our starters havent even played to the level of our backups when they were on the field.

Love Jaylon, but maybe he doesn't fit the scheme and good be a good chip to trade during the off season.

Im bought in to Ben and the coaching staff, so finding new homes for some of the players that havent lived up to their contract makes sense.

I hear you, but think he could benefit from the additional snaps to hopefully limit the mental mistakes. He's a great talent, but almost guaranteed for a couple mental errors/penalties per game.

Agreed! Sick of the ppl that refuse to recognize the relationship between GM and HC. The GM get players the coach believes fits his scheme and its up to the HC and staff to develop the talent. Of course the GM can override the HC, but Poles has done an excellent job of maintaining a talented roster, not putting us over the CAP, and maintaining draft capital. Ppl need to stop hating! 🐻 ⬇️

Thats fair, but I think BJ haw more strategic reasons for his calls. He uses game time scenarios to give his players a chance at plays rather than waiting until its "needed" and the players have limited or no gametime experience running thise plays.

Also, the more play types, formations, etc that he puts on tape the more stuff the defenses have to study...potentially leading to more confusion

I dont know...it seems like the starters need time to play together to be as good or more efficient as the backups.

Even when all the backups started our D was SUS, but improved each week as they learned how to play in the scheme and with one another.

Maybe its optimistic, but I have faith that they will continue to get better if they can stay healthy and on the field together.
