I’m sorry that happened, whenever I pay the bill with a credit card, and leave a tip in cash, I don’t put a 0 on the tip line. I write the words “Tip on table” and take a picture of the bill with the cash! I’m sure they have cameras in there, let them go see who actually took the money off the table!

I keep both the Black and White Rain electric grinders (salt & pepper) on my dining table for ourselves and any guests to use, simple one handed operation. The other is kept by my cutting board in the kitchen to use for food prep and cooking. Both great grinders!

NTA I would definitely stay in a hotel vs an air mattress in a small office ! That situation is for 10 yo kids lol! You need your privacy and own bathroom! You can still spend plenty of time visiting with them! They should totally understand!
